One of our most popular ideas is our SPA DAY starting at £35 a ticket, depending on which treatments you choose.

 The Spa Day will consist of us turning Your Home into a tranquil and relaxing environment for yourself and your friends or family to enjoy the treatments of there choosing. We will provide a glass of cava with chocolates, soft music and incense, but mostly we provide a professional service in the privacy of your own home. Hi, I’m Vicki and have been a trainer and therapist, for over a decade / since 1999. I’ve been lucky enough over the years to have enjoyed a broad base of training and experience, and indirectly for many years before that.

 

 

I work with groups, couples, individuals, and even companies. What I aim to guide clients towards is tapping into their own resources, often resources they didn’t even realise they had. My years as a therapist have absolutely convinced me you are more than you know you are and not only that – you already know all you need to know…. so what I hope for is that I can even begin to show you how to unlock that potential in YOU!

I would say my style is informal, gentle, at times humorous and at others quite direct. I beleive this combination has made for the successful practice I enjoy.
